Job Description

In this position which urgently needs to be filled you will be reporting to the project manager and you will have one Jnr QS as your subordinate. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Ensure all measurements are accurate and up to date for the processing of valuation claims and final accounts
• Compilation of all information required for costing of additional works
• Evaluate and Prepare all variation orders
• Generate applicable site instructions for approval submission
• Reconcile and Analyse final account for entire project in order to ensure that all items are claimed and reconsolidated into project final account
• Ensure all administrative duties are up to date and accurate at any given time
• All documentation is to be updated, signed off and submitted on time
• Assist and Compile extension of time and acceleration claims
• Develop and Update Matrix Tracking System with Site Planner
• Develop and Update Back-order List
• Review and Update Drawing Register / Scope of Work / Changed Management

Qualifications

• BTech/BSc Quantity Surveying

Skills

• Proficient in FIDIC & NEC
• Knowledge / Interpretation of Planning  "P6 and Office”
• Knowledge of Electrical & instrumentation work scope

Salary / Package

500k - 900k (Neg on exp)
