Job Description

Candidate will report to the Head Chef of the Pastry Department and should be highly skilled in:

  • High Tea service
  • A la Carte menu
  • Chocolate work
  • Artisan bread baking
  • Plating
  • Composing beautiful and delicious pastries and desserts and garnishes
  • Menu development

Minimum 5-6 years within a Pastry Chef role required. Highly creative with proven solid track record within 4/5* Properties.


Pastry/ culinary diploma


Min 6 years’ experience. Experience at a 5 star establishment. Experience in managing junior staff. A strong training background. Good job history with varied experience but solid track record. Theoretical pastry knowledge. Candidate should be: Creative. Well-groomed and well mannered. Composed under pressure. Ability to work well in a strong pastry team. Able to self- manage and take initiative. Passionate about training and development.
