General Lodge Management duties will apply. Previous experience within a similar role and environment required.
Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification in Hotel Management.
Computer Literate – Pastel /Micros / Opera/SEMER property management system/EXCEL/ Microsoft Office English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English Zulu (Speak) – certainly a great benefit. Driver’s License valid PDP essential. South African Citizen. Physically fit, sober habits and in good health. Honest person with high sense of integrity. Sense of ownership and pride in work. R16,000-R18,000 Gross average per month
After Probation period of 3 months - Cost to Company Medical Contribution R500 per month and provident fund of 3,5% Employee Contribution and 5% Company contribution. Work Schedule – weeks on, 2 weeks. Leave cycles adjustable depending on guest occupancies and lodge requirements. Live In – accommodation, meals, and laundry provided; drinks charged at staff price
