A 5* Game lodge located in the Northern KZN region.
General assistant lodge management duties/Duty Manager duties will apply. Will report to the General Lodge Manager. Management of junior staff. Assist with daily operations within the lodge.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Front of House Hospitality Manager
Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification in Hotel Management and or from a Guiding background with Guiding/Lodge Management/Conservation Qualifications.
Computer Literate – Pastel /Micros / Opera/SEMER property management system/EXCEL/ Microsoft Office. English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English Zulu (Speak) – certainly a great benefit. Driver’s License valid PDP essential.
R12,000-R13,500 Average Gross per month.
After Probation period of 3 months - Cost to Company Medical Contribution R500 per month and provident fund of 3,5% Employee Contribution and 5,5% Company contribution Work Schedule – 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Live In – accommodation, meals and laundry provided, drinks charged at staff price.
