The Reservationist will serve as the main contact point for our reservation’s agents/office at Support office. Offering excellent customer service, providing options, and other solutions to meet guests needs, and ensure all reservation information is up to date and available for all lodges and departments. Communicates reservation information to the front desk, ensuring that all reservation information is available to all department when they require it. Processes cancellations and modification and promptly relay this information to all departments. Prepare expected arrival lists for front of house. Offer guest information regarding all service, accommodation, and facilities. Ensure effective communication with the More Support office with regards to reservations details. Process and post onto Pan all reservation deposits received by EFT, direct deposits, and credit card . Know of all lodge packages, rates, and activities.
Minimum 5 Years experience gained in a 5 star environment. Sound knowledge of the applicable property/company procedures for the department. Sound knowledge of MS Office suite and PANstrat. Experience with the highest level of customer service in a luxury environment. Understand information quickly & accurately.
