Job Description

My client is looking for a Senior R&D Technologist with extensive Bakery experience to work in his lab and develop both new products and do product maintenance of existing products.  Must have at least 6 years development experience with baked goods, and have a understanding of Bakery ingredients of course including enzymes, improvers and more. I am looking for someone with experience in breads, including  artisanal breads.   You will also be customer-facing and so your personal presentation must be good.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent AND 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF BAKERY PRODUCTS.
