Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, You will be responsible for:

• Decisions relating to departmental delivery targets, overseeing the production processes, and co-ordinating all production activities and operations.
• Planning and drawing up production schedules, managing workforce and resources.

Qualifications

• Matric and relevant tertiary qualification

Skills

• A minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in a production environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is essential
• Refrigeration experience would be an advantage.
• Strong technical/operational background

Salary / Package

R460K - R575K CTC per annum
