Job Description

Hosting Guests at meal times. Room checks (Housekeeping). Admin requirements (Daily lodge administration). Manage Lodge Operations and Logistics. Staff management. Disciplinary duties. Guest interaction.

 

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality qualification an advantage.

Skills

Hospitality experience min 2 years. F&B (Food and Beverage) experience (Stock takes). Work well within a team – Team Leader. Admin experience – Rosters, Staff appraisals, Leave forms etc. Shift related duties. Drivers Licence.

Salary / Package

R14000-R18000 Gross per month
