Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you will be required to do:

• Conceptualization and design of structures
• Completing technical detailing, submission, construction as well as deviation drawings for high end residential buildings and developments
• Completing JBBC contracts and various other contract documentation
• Administrating site inspections and meetings
• Creating snag and de-snag lists
• Managing multiple projects
• Creating strategy and guidelines for onsite work and project management processes
• Will work on projects from start to end stage 1 to stage 6
• Tenders
• Administration
• Ability to work independently
• Technical and Design projects

Qualifications

• Masters in Architectural Studies
• Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect

Skills

• Revit
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience (Residential, Commercial)

Salary / Package

R 40 000 to R 50 000 cost to company per month
