Our Client Offers a wide range of hardware and services in the Solar Energy and ESS space.

You will be responsible for:

Day to day supervision of installation personnel including approval of field personnel bonuses and leave approval.
Supervision of Field crew equipment requirements.
Scheduling of field work and generation of installation planner.
System Design for installations including generation of equipment layouts, equipment.
BOM for PO generation by the procurement department.
Generation of Final costing sheet per Job (Commercial work).
Systems Commissioning including creation of all monitoring dash boards, and commissioning reports signed by customers.
Setup of company access to all systems installed (Monitoring platforms).
Field Inspections related to pre-installation design work as well as field assistance on equipment when and as required by the operations.
Technical assistance to Laboratory and installation crews relating equipment technical queries.
Assistance on troubleshooting of technical issues with field installations both the field personnel and customers where necessary.

3+ years' of technical support experience on the Solar field.
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills, fluency in English and Afrikaans is a plus.
Proficiency on Helioscope, Polysun or similar is a plus.
