In this position you will be reporting to the Professional Engineer. Your duties will include but not limited to:

Ccontribute to Conceptual to Detailed Design, Documentation and Contract Administration of services for civil infrastructure projects including but not limited to:
- Roads and municipal services
- Ensure all designs are checked and approved by the relevant manager (professionally registered) prior to forwarding to the relevant client and contractor
The preparation of feasibility reports
Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders as and when required
Assist with the implementation of medium to large sized projects within technical standards, quality, budgets, and time frames. This includes the technical support to senior members of the Technical teams
Site supervision as and when required
Contribute to the preparation of project reports and develop proficiency in technical report writing
A working understanding of project finances and project budgets for medium to large scale projects
Procure new business from existing and new clients
Develop and implement initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and efficiency of project execution
Manage staff, including training, interviewing, monitoring performance and engaging in programmes that assist in the identification of abilities and the empowerment thereof
