Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.

Duties include but not limited to

  • General Office administration
  • All HR related
  • Finding person to work into the correct position (CV review & interview)
  • Create Contract & offer & any other HR related
  • Warning & HR management of employee
  • Payroll
  • Discipline Hearing
  • Leave control
  • Training of new employee (report)
  • Health & Safety in general
  • COIDA (Com-Easy system)

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Additional qualifications beneficial

  • 5 - 10 years in a similar role
