Duties include but not limited to
- General Office administration
- All HR related
- Finding person to work into the correct position (CV review & interview)
- Create Contract & offer & any other HR related
- Warning & HR management of employee
- Payroll
- Discipline Hearing
- Leave control
- Training of new employee (report)
- Health & Safety in general
- COIDA (Com-Easy system)
Qualifications
- Matric
- Additional qualifications beneficial
Skills
- 5 - 10 years in a similar role
