Job Description

Our client, A very popular Italian Restaurant located in Randburg seeks a well experienced Restaurant Manager. This role will report to the General Manager and the Owner and will be responsible for managing staff. Proven track record in a similar role required. This role will involve either day or evening shifts – will alternate shifts with the General Manager. Assist with Stock Control/Stock Takes/Cash Ups/Management of service and staff/Management of Uber Eats/Customer Care and relations.

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality qualifications will prove advantageous but

Skills

Great People engagement. Great Customer service skills. Ability to oversee and manage staff effectively. Well experienced at managing service within a busy restaurant. Experience at coordinating Uber eats, etc. Stock Take skills.

Salary / Package

R15,000-R25,000
