Our client seeks Chef de Partie/Junior Sous level Chefs with solid training and experience:
2 x Chef de partie
4-5 years’ experience in a 5 star Hotel/Restaurant
1 x Snr Chef de Partie (Chef Tournant as will work all sections except pastry)
6-7 years’ experience in a 5 star Hotel/Restaurant. International Experience is a strong advantage.
2x Junior Sous/Senior Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)
Matric is non-negotiable, Culinary Diploma is preferred but not essential if well-experienced and talented.
Own transport is a plus. 5* Hotel Experience within similar roles required. High standards. Exceptionally talented cooking and presentation skills.
R12,500-R20,000 Basic + Tips
Tips. Company assists with the first R1500 towards Medical Aid.
