Job Description

Our client seeks Chef de Partie/Junior Sous level Chefs with solid training and experience:

2 x Chef de partie

4-5 years’ experience in a 5 star Hotel/Restaurant

  • Must be able to manage 3 to 4 people in the section (Strong talented chefs).

1 x Snr Chef de Partie (Chef Tournant as will work all sections except pastry)

6-7 years’ experience in a 5 star Hotel/Restaurant. International Experience is a strong advantage.

  • Must be able to manage in all sections with 3 to 5 staff, on the odd occasion will open the kitchen. This is a stepping position for jnr sous and there will be large workload for this individual.

2x Junior Sous/Senior Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen)


Matric is non-negotiable, Culinary Diploma is preferred but not essential if well-experienced and talented.


Own transport is a plus. 5* Hotel Experience within similar roles required. High standards. Exceptionally talented cooking and presentation skills.

Salary / Package

R12,500-R20,000 Basic + Tips


Tips. Company assists with the first R1500 towards Medical Aid.
