Job Description

This Sales Manager role reporting to the General Manager is a challenging and exciting role, giving you the opportunity to show your abilities and attributes.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales operations and mentoring the Sales Team to achieve sales targets.

You Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor and motivate sales team
  • Set sales goals and targets for the Team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Customers
  • Analyse market trends
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Business and/or Sales & Marketing

Skills

You will have at least 3 years' experience as a Sales Manager within the Freight Forwarding sector and have:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, excellent leadership skills and deep understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive sales strategies
  • Results-driven
  • Ability to travel
