Job Description

Your responsibilities will be:

• Overseeing of product development and approvals
• Developing applicators and new client base
• Coordinating all literature & samples i.e., TDS’s MSDS’s, SBU’s, brochures etc. in conjunction with the marketing team
• Coordinating with marketing on campaigns to establish our brand as a leader in the market
• Reporting on budget and sales forecasting
• Developing price strategy and market penetration plan
• Follow and track flooring market trends and stay ahead of the game
• Training of staff and clients when required
• National rollout planning and coordination of the flooring range
• Development of a national sales team and collaboration with agents where needed
• Strategic planning
• Target setting short, medium and long term

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma in Marketing/Business Related

Skills

• 3 to 5 years' experience in residential, packhouses, commercial, industrial, HACCP
• Understand application methodologies of different flooring systems (cement base, epoxy resin and polyurethane systems

Salary / Package

R30,000 - R40,000 CTC
