Job Description

Our client is urgently looking for a culinary master passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, someone who is upcoming, energetic and has fresh ideas! A highly talented chef with experience in a high-end luxury Boutique lodge or the equivalent of a restaurant environment (Boutique, smaller establishments, more intimate would be an advantage).

Skills

The successful candidate will be:

• Must have experience from a boutique property.
• Individuals who can demonstrate exceptional culinary skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• A truly exceptional candidate who can exceed our expectations in both culinary artistry and guest satisfaction.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and environment

Salary / Package

Competitive salary of R30k to R35k neg dependent on experience
