Job Description

Our client is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager to oversee front desk team members, ensuring efficient and smooth operations to achieve excellent feedback and guest satisfaction at their luxury 5-star Hotel in Johannesburg North.

Qualifications

  • Essential leadership experience in a 5-star Boutique Hotel environment is required.

  • Accurately handle guest inquiries and promptly resolve issues.
  • Respond promptly to reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns.

  • Train and direct front desk workflow, resolving issues, and coaching team members.
