Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Preparation of tender documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors during the tender process
• Involved in the calculation of quantities for cost estimates of civil works
• Planning and organizing tasks that form part of the tender
• Identification and analysis of technical requirements of a tender

Qualifications

• A relevant post matric technical qualification would be ideal

Skills

• Minimum of 5-year relevant tender experience in a Civil Construction environment
• Experience with CCS
• Experience with Colto & Sans 1200 specifications
• A valid driving license
• Computer skills

Salary / Package

Neg to R600k ctc
