Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be required to do the following.

• Design orientation.
• Attended tender briefings, and reporting back on the requirements.
• Technical documentation and detailing.
• Developing Conceptual designs for various architectural projects
• Rendering.
• Project managing projects as a team lead and delegating work accordingly.
• Manage Architect team.
• Strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Masters in Architecture or equivalent qualification
• Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect

Skills

• Min 8 years’ exp with commercial design projects
• Revit proficient – Min 5 yrs’ exp
