Job Description

Our Client, a popular and busy 300+ seater restaurant located in Pretoria, seeks a strong Restaurant Experienced Sous Chef who can manage and run a pass, assist with meal prep and presentation and calling orders.

Proven track record within a similar role required.

Qualifications

Relevant Formal Culinary/Professional Cookery Qualifications are a strong advantage.

Skills

Must reside in Pretoria and have own reliable transport. Restaurant experienced. Able to run and manage a busy pass. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary / Package

R15,000-R20,000 per month
