Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

• Supervise the end-to-end production process, incl. filling, drying, packing, wrapping, labelling of all products.
• Responsible for production process.
• Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production.
• Responsible for the delivery of product according to a set standard.
• Stock control management.
• Ensure product meets all customer requirements.
• Oversee that hygiene standards are applied throughout all process and procedures.
• Ensure that all procedures are implemented in accordance with legal requirements.
• Report all non-conformances (quality and maintenance) to immediate manager.
• Supervise and control subordinate’s activities to ensure daily production targets are met.
• Supervise time and attendance of all subordinates.
• Ensure disciplinary procedures are applied adequately.

Qualifications

• Grade 12

Skills

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing plant/meat production experience.
• Driver's license and own car.
• Knowledge of MP environment.
• MS Office proficient.
