Job Description

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. Work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure the success of each event. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event management.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and supplier management
  • Support the Events Manager in developing event concepts and themes.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining event databases and preparing reports.
  • Assist in on-site event setup and breakdown.
  • Handle post-event follow-up and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for event participants including flights.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • We are looking for someone with a vibrant bubbly personality that can interact with people at an executive level.
  • Previous experience in event coordination (3 years min).
  • Flight reservation experience on Amadeus ideal but not essential.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Must have own car
