Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Serve as the technical liaison between customers and the brand, addressing and resolving concerns promptly.
• Manage inquiries and issues across departments, ensuring efficient communication and resolution.
• Arrange and conduct equipment demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the company’s technology.
• Provide in-depth technical support and knowledge to customers to maximize their use of our products.
• Work closely with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to troubleshoot packaging and equipment issues, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Partner with internal teams to continuously improve our product offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
• Demonstrate strong administrative skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Handle reporting, planning, scheduling, and prioritization to ensure projects are completed on
  time and within budget.

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the food processing or packaging industry (minimum 2 Years)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle

Salary / Package

R15,000 - R25,000 CTC
