Inbound Tour Operator in JHB North

Job Description

• Assist with the implementation of a centralised system/ database fby maintaining the set standards as outlined by Data Governance.
• Assist with the implementation and clean-up of Data in preparation for New Operating Model and / new proposed systems in addition to Travel Studio.
• Report any malfunctions and bugs of the Systems Manager and Team leader
• Assist in producing specs and log change requests with Group IT as required.
• Promote open communication channels between the SA based loading team and the Systems teams in the global offices
• Attend all centralisation meetings and provide clear updates on loading progress
• Manage centralisation loading deadlines with the project manager, project lead and South Africa Systems Manager and team leader
• Supporting the business in managing Group QC audits addressing any issues, and support the implementation of changes needed in order to meet Group QC standards
• Assist in testing new TS releases (product loading/ enquiries and bookings)

Qualifications

Travel Diploma

Skills

Good English communication and written skills. Knowledge of Tour Operating procedures, Knowledge and practical use of Travel Studio/MS Office/Explorer or similar programmes. Administration and reporting experience essential. Experience on Travel Studio or related systems, minimum 2 years experience. Good knowledge of excel.

Salary / Package

R15000 - R23000ctc depending on experience
