Restaurant group in Cape Town
Restaurant group is looking for Head and Sous Chefs for various restaurants in Cape Town.
The Head chef must have good leadership skills and be creative.
Responsibilities include :
Overseeing staff
Assisting with menu development and costings
Stock controls
Stock takes
Admin
Rosters
Relevant Cookery diploma.
2-3 years experience in similar role within contemporary/modern style restaurant. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Serving min 80 pax per sitting. Accustomed to restaurant hours. Knowledge and experience of Asian cuisine will be beneficial.
R15000 - R30000 depending on experience
