My client is looking for a highly experienced R&D Manager to take full responsibility of the R&D for the company which is part of a multi-national and will work co-operatively with the mother company. Looking for a strategic R&D person who can formulate and implement strategy.  Lead the way to digital transformation within your zone of responsibility in the company.  Planning of resource requisites to get the job done and adhere to budgets.  Work closely with customer base and ensure development is undertaken within company parameters with Sales and International R&D fully involved.  MUST HAVE WORKED EXTENSIVELY WITH R&D OF SWEET PRODUCTS – CONFECTIONERY, BEVERAGES, FLAVOURS, FOOD INGREDIENTS OR SUGAR-BASED PRODUCTS. 

Qualifications

Ideally an MSc in Food Science or equivalent
