Our client is a well-established Professional Quantity Surveying consultancy that undertakes Commercial, Residential and Retail projects, as well as Education and Healthcare facilities among others.

Job Description

In this position you will be office based (Pretoria) and reporting to the Director. Some Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Tender administration.
• Contract Bill of Quantities.
• Contract administration.
• Site Measurement.
• Interim Payment Certificates.
• Agreeing and negotiating Final Accounts.
• Engineering Estimates
• Cost Reporting

The incumbent will also be required to conduct site visits around Johannesburg periodically.

Qualifications

• B-Tech Quantity Surveying (minimum). However, a BSc Quantity Surveying is preferable.
• Candidate MUST be registered with The SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor/Pr. QS (non-negotiable).
• 3 Years' post registration experience (preferred).
