Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Manage and develop all sales activities of sales team across the Consumer Division
• Support and manage relationships with key customers and principals
• Manage sales pricing and margins effectively
• Work with Technical team to assist in product development initiatives and customer product support.
• Prepare sales budget annually as required.
• Drive Working platform
• Ensure Budget is met monthly and forecasting is accurate for 3 year view
• Manage 1-2 key Accounts
• Manage relationships between finance, warehouse, customer care and sales team
• Market information on pricing trends, availability and opportunities to be communicated weekly
• Mentor and coach sales team with respect to core values as well as Safety culture.
• Support Business Unit Manager

Qualifications

• Matric
• Marketing and/or Life Sciences/Chemical Engineering degree

Skills

• Minimum 5 years management role leading a team
• Minimum of 5 years in a management role leading a team.
• Good understanding of pricing structures and managing net working capital would be advantageous.
• Required to travel when required.

Salary / Package

R50,000 - R65,000 CTC
