Gerhard Louwrens started his career in the Petrochemical Industry as a trade-tested Fitter & Turner. He then did an EDP in Business Management and a Masters in IR and then branched into Recruitment where his first-hand knowledge of Industry became invaluable. He now has 21 years experience in Recruitment of which the bulk has been with Contracting Staff.
