Simon – whilst leading his section – has also been recruiting in the engineering and construction sectors since 2007. Before this he worked in the construction industry as a SHE Consultant for a consulting firm.  His main speciality has been in the civil engineering field, sourcing Foremen to Senior Managers, Design Engineers/Technicians, Resident Engineers etc. in South Africa, Africa & Middle East.
