In today’s competitive job market, your CV is your first impression. It’s the document that recruiters will use to determine if you’re the right fit for a role, so it’s crucial to make it shine! Whether you’re a seasoned professional or just starting out, optimizing your CV can make all the difference in catching a recruiter’s eye. In this blog post, we’ll share some expert tips to improve your CV and increase your chances of landing your dream job.

  1. Tailor Your CV to the Position

One-size-fits-all CVs rarely make an impact. To stand out, tailor your CV for each specific job you apply to whilst keeping it factual.
