Leading Inbound tour operator is looking for a Senior Consultant with experience selling luxury safari holidays to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for the full scope of itinerary design and accurate costing, while ensuring seamless communication with clients. The position involves selling Southern Africa travel experiences and promoting enhancements for all new enquiries received. A key focus is on delivering exceptional client relationship management, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail from the initial quoting stage onward.  Success in this role requires extensive product knowledge within the luxury travel market and the ability to curate bespoke, high-quality travel experiences.
Create tailor-made luxury travel itineraries across Southern Africa.
Prepare accurate and competitive costings, ensuring alignment with client budgets and preferences.
Incorporate company enhancements and unique experiences into proposals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, where required, external partners.
Handling all quotes from query stage through to confirmation, with special emphasis on internal client sales and relationship management
Checking all flight availability at the time of quoting including getting scheduled commercial flight quotes, and that all charter flights are provisionally held before confirmation.
