Our Process

DISCOVER

As much as possible, our specialist recruiter will meet with the employer to get all the relevant information for the vacancy to be filled and for the purpose of getting a feel for the culture of the employer.

SOURCE

As Specialist Recruiters in specific niche markets, we will tap into our extensive database of candidates whilst at the same time sourcing on numerous job portals we subscribe to as well as utilise our networking sources.

INTERVIEW

As much as possible we conduct face to face interviews with our candidates in order to get a full understanding of the candidate’s career aspirations, skills & capabilities. Otherwise a telephonic interview is conducted.

CHECK

Reference checks are always done. At employer’s request; credit, qualification & criminal checks will be carried out.

INTRODUCE

A comprehensive CV will be provided to the employer and at employer’s request, this can be done face to face, or by e-mail. We will monitor the candidate’s interview by the employer, negotiate offer and signing up.

FOLLOW-UP

We will keep in touch with both the employer and the candidate throughout the whole process till the offer is signed & the candidate starts working and thereafter for at least 3-4 months.
