Responsibilities
Architectural design and concept development
Close interaction with clients and the professional project team
Assisting with project management and coordination
Preparation of detail and construction documentation
Involvement in projects from start to completion
Conducting site visits within the Western Cape
Qualifications
Masters in Architecture
Must be registered with SACAP as a Professional Architect
Skills
Years of Experince
3–5 years’ relevant architectural experience
Software:
Revit
Lumion
Twinmotion
Any additional 3D modelling/rendering software advantageous
Preferred candidate Profile
Strong design flair and creative ability
Excellent design and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Passion for architecture and project delivery
Salary/Package
R 360 000 cost to company per annum (Negotiable)
