Provide an effective and efficient People generalist function
Managing the recruitment and selection process in line with business needs.
Providing ongoing guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters.
Provide effective and efficient People Management advice and guidance to staff and management team.
Managing employee performance and individual training plans and processes.
Ensuring compliance with legislative reporting requirements related to Employment Equity and the Skills Development Act.
Responsible for the Learning and Development function.
Ensures confidentiality on employees’ records and information on site in alignment with the applicable legal requirements.
Participating in specific People projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Human Resources Degree or Industrial Psychology Degree
Skills
Sage 300
Labour, BEE, BCEA, SLP Knowledge
Strong Communication Skills
Valid Drivers License
Mine Health and Safety
Must be willing to travel
