Job Description

Key Functions:

  • Multi-disciplinary clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and BIMcollab
  • Automated model quality control and compliance checking
  • BIM model health monitoring and performance tracking
  • IFC and COBie data schema management and coordination
  • Support and maintain high-level BIM standards and workflows across projects

Scope of Job / Projects:

  • High-end residential and luxury hospitality projects, including complex multi-disciplinary developments with international design standards.
Qualifications

National Diploma in Architectural Technology or higher

Skills
  • IFC – Industry Foundation Classes.
  • COBie – Construction-Operations Building Information Exchange
  • BIMcollab
  • Navisworks
Salary/Package
R 50 000 cost to company per month
