A well‑established private game reserve in the Waterberg area is seeking a dedicated couple to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

HIM:  Head Field Guide / Assistant Reserve Manager

• Host guests, conduct guided game drives and bush walks.
• Ensure guest safety and deliver exceptional guiding experiences.
• Assist with reserve management, including habitat monitoring and conservation tasks.
• Game vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Manage infrastructure upkeep (roads, fencing, water systems).
• Supervise staff and contractors when required.
• Assist with maintenance when required.

HER: Assistant Lodge Manager, Marketing and Reservations

• Hosting and general lodge duties.
• Assist across lodge operations including housekeeping, kitchen, and front‑of‑house.
• Support guest relations and check‑ins.
• Marketing and Social Media.
• Administration and reservations support.
• Assist with F&B, stock control and staff coordination.
