Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
Take and relay accurate messages
Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly
Order and manage office supplies and stationery
Perform general admin tasks including scanning, printing, and filing
Assist with quoting, invoicing, and ad-hoc departmental support

Skills
Minimum of 2 years’ front desk experience in a corporate environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
