Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

  • Welcome visitors and maintain a professional, tidy reception area
  • Receive and manage incoming deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms
  • Prepare refreshments and set up meeting equipment
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally
  • Take and relay accurate messages
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail promptly
  • Order and manage office supplies and stationery
  • Perform general admin tasks including scanning, printing, and filing
  • Assist with quoting, invoicing, and ad-hoc departmental support

 

Qualifications
  • Matric
Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ front desk experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

 

Salary/Package
R10k – R12k CTC
