Our client has an opportunity for an experienced individual to join their team in the capacity of a Maintenance Supervisor. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee all the maintenance of the company
• Adherence to plant maintenance schedule
• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and adhere to all safety requirements, policies and procedures of the company
• Monitor critical machine spares availability and lead times
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the maintenance activities
• Manage contractors to complete work on schedule to appropriate standards
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
• Work hands on and lead from the front approach
• Other related duties
