Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic couple to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibitlies:

  • Oversee all resort operations including accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting and ensure profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and guest engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with shareholders and guests, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ proven experience in resort or hospitality management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a Share Block Resort with time-specific operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management preferred.

Salary/Package
R20 000 basic salary
