Assist with installation, modification, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
Supervise high-risk electrical tasks requiring permits and isolation procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, test results, and repair logs.
Log maintenance data for ISO and internal reporting.
Recommend improvements or upgrades based on condition monitoring and trends.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of electrical spares.
Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Compliance:
Participate in safety inspections and report incidents or hazards
Qualifications
Matric (Grade 12).
Trade Test Certificate (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Skills
Matric (Grade 12).
Trade Test Certificate (Electrician) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in electrical systems maintenance.
Valid Code B Driver’s License.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and participate in standby rotation.
Salary/Package
R30 000 – R35 000 CTC
