Your responsibilities will be the following:

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Identify and establish contact with potential new customers
• Visit existing client base at their office and on active construction sites
• Generate revenue by obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
• Answering telephone and email enquiries (this includes prices, quotes, issues), using the provided company cell, phone calls might require after hours communication
• Develop accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features
• Follow company procedures: capturing sales orders, checking allocations, printing picking ticket and confirm with operations regarding any special delivery requirements
• Following up on project critical backorders and communicate with operations all stock concerns
• Attend industrial trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Assist clients whenever needed to ensure the company reputation grows from strength to strength
