Job Description

Our client is looking for a Trade Tested Electrician to join their team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

  • Fault-find and repair automation systems including PLCs, VSDs, motors, sensors and control systems
  • Attending to breakdowns
  • Preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
  • Interpret technical drawings, manuals and electrical documentation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Other related duties
Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Trade Test
Skills
  • 3-5 Years experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry (Post Trade Test)
  • Understanding of the PLCs, VSDs and Electric Motors
  • Ability to interpret electrical designs and drawings
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a Team Player

 

 

Salary/Package
R450k – R650k
