As a Professionally registered Quantity Surveyor, reporting into the Director, the key functions would be:

• Prepare and manage feasibility studies, including cost planning and budget estimates.
• Produce accurate cost reports throughout all project stages.
• Administer and negotiate final accounts to ensure successful project close-out.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess costs and provide commercial advice.
• Prepare tender documentation, manage tender processes and evaluate contractor submissions.
• Deliver quantity surveying and cost management services across all project stages (Stages 1–6).
• Monitor project costs, risks and variations to maintain budget control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members, providing technical guidance and quality assurance.
• Support team performance through training, supervision and knowledge sharing.
