You Will:
•You will have working experience in the engineering development, design and construction of a range of concrete & structural steel structures (for industrial, plant, and mining-related structures)
•You will be able to plan and execute structural drafting assignments – reinforced concrete & structural steel
•Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar 3D modelling software advantageous.
•Solid understanding of structural steel and concrete detailing conventions and standards.
•Ensure projects are documented within guidelines set by supervisor
•Produce efficient, high-quality drawings and documentation
•The role suits someone who enjoys accurate, detail-driven drafting work and is comfortable liaising with engineers and site personnel to produce construction-ready documentation.
•National Diploma or NQF4 qualification in Draughting
•3–6 years’ structural draughting experience, ideally within an industrial, plant, or mining environment
