As much as possible, our Specialist Recruiter will meet with the employer to get all the relevant information about the vacancy as well as get an accurate picture of the culture fit for your organization.
We tap into our extensive candidate database and also source through job portals and networking within our niche markets.
We conduct face-to-face or virtual interviews to fully understand the candidate’s career aspirations, skills and capabilities.
Reference checks are standard. Additional checks (credit, qualification, criminal) are conducted at the employer’s request.
We present a comprehensive CV to the employer, either face-to-face or by email, and assist in interview monitoring, offer negotiation and signing.
We maintain contact with both the employer and candidate throughout the process and for 3-4 months after the candidate starts.
