This role is responsible for the full scope of itinerary design and accurate costing, while ensuring seamless communication with our internal client. The position involves selling Southern Africa travel experiences and promoting products for all new enquiries received. A key focus is on delivering exceptional client relationship management, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail from the initial quoting stage onward. Success in this role requires extensive product knowledge within the luxury travel market and the ability to curate
bespoke, high-quality travel experiences.

Matric
Skills
At least 5 years experience in Southern Africa Inbound Tour Operating
Experience in FITs and small groups
CRM & Operating systems experience
Travel sales experience – direct to internal business client
Product Knowledge, Innovation, and Development
Southern African travel experiences a requirement.
Tourplan advantageous
