Support purchasing, logistics coordination, shipping arrangements, clearing, and landed‑cost tracking
Coordinate end‑to‑end equipment procurement from order placement to delivery
Liaise with suppliers, shipping agents, and clearing partners to ensure on‑time delivery and compliant documentation
Track shipments, delivery timelines, and updates internal systems accordingly
Maintain accurate landed‑cost tracking and procurement records
Conduct monthly stock takes and reports discrepancies
Work closely with warehouse, sales, and installation teams to ensure stock availability and smooth deliveries
Act as a central communication point across logistics‑related functions
Provide general logistics administration, reporting, and record‑keeping support
Qualifications
Matric.
Logistics or Supply Chain degree.
Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain.
Previous experience in the medical, healthcare, or medical equipment industry.
Experience with Imports and Exports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SYSPRO.
Knowledge of logistics compliance and regulatory requirements.
Salary/Package
R20K – R30K CTC
