Job Description
Develop complete mechanical designs for HVAC/R systems
Finalise system requirements with Engineering team
Ensure designs meet Client functional, cost, and quality requirements
Ensure producibility, maintainability, and correct application of standards
Prepare accurate, complete, and up-to-date mechanical drawings
Identify design issues early and prevent manufacturing problems
Support the panel-building process by clarifying technical details
Review component selections and ensure compliance with standards
Improve drawing standards, templates, and symbol libraries
Conduct Supplier research
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Technical subjects advantageous)
Draughting Diploma/Certificate
Skills
Minimum 3 years drafting experience, preferably in HVAC/R industry
